The City of Flint Office of Blight Elimination is soliciting bids for Demolition Services. The services are for (14) selected properties within the City of Flint to be demolished. Addresses of these properties will be made available during the mandatory Pre-bid meeting.

Vendors MUST be a Certified General Contractor (CGC) Certified Building Contractor (CBC) or possess a Demolition Specialty License in the State of Michigan.
