Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Wednesday, February 2, 2022 by 11:00 AM (EST). Pease note that in the subject line of the email, type in the proposal name and number.
