SCOPE OF WORK

The City of Flint (the City) is seeking a vendor to print and mail a consumer confidence report as required by Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). Selected vendor will produce three (3) annual mailers during the period beginning June 2022 until June 2024. Mailers have to be completed and mailed during the last week of June in order for residents to receive information on July 1st of each year.

Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the proposal name and proposal number.
2. Electronic Copy, please email to PurchasingBids@cityofflint.com by Monday, March 21, 2022 by 11:00 AM (EST).
