The City of Grand desires a one-year contract with two, one-year renewal options for the “as needed” purchase and delivery of O.E.M. East Jordan Iron Works castings, catch basins, risers & manholes and associated components. Sections I-III shall be O.E.M. East Jordan Iron Works, Section IV is approved equal.
Castings proposed shall be manufactured in the United States of America. The City of Grand Rapids may request proof of a quality control program for castings manufactured at the producing foundry. The Contractor shall provide proof of a quality control program within five (5) days of request of the Project Manager.

Each casting shall be readily identifiable and show, at a minimum, the following: name of the producing foundry, country of manufacture (such as “MADE IN USA”), ASTM material designation, recycle symbol, individual part number, cast or heat date. Castings shall include all lettering as designated.
