Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: All bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting for verification of scope of project for each work location/section that the bidder is submitting a bid response. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Bidders shall sign in at the 11:00 a.m. meeting. Bidders shall be held to have examined the premises and satisfied themselves as to the areas, products, and services required which they shall be obligated to provide, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, on behalf of the Contractor for any negligence on their part. The pre-bid meeting will begin on September 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at 201 Market Avenue SW, HR E3 Computer Lab - 2nd Floor, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Bidders may request an on-site inspection at that time.
