Scope of Intent:
Bids are requested for the purchase, delivery, and installation of heavy-duty, commercial exercise equipment as per the specifications contained herein, no substitutes. The equipment shall be new and unused. Previously owned, prototypes refurbished, discontinued or obsolete units will not be accepted. Bidders shall not omit any part of details or information which is normally considered to be standard or applicable for the items proposed, even though such part of detail is not mentioned in the specifications. All freight/delivery charges to the Fire Department various locations shall be included in the pricing proposed. Vendor shall contact the Project Manager to schedule delivery and installation.

Installation: All install services shall be completed by the contractor in the proper form, manor, and include training & demonstration to Fire staff on proper use of equipment.
