Trade-In Equipment Inspection: All bidders are encouraged to inspect the equipment for trade-in on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Bidders are requested to contact the Project Manager at 616-723-5010 to make an appointment.
Bidders are required to submit electronically the completed, signed bid document with detailed responses in the fields provided. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity or informality that City deems correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the bid response.
Responses received after the date and time indicated will not be accepted or considered. Responses may be withdrawn or modified in writing prior to the response submission deadline. Responses that are resubmitted or modified shall be sealed and submitted to the City’s Purchasing Department prior to the response submission deadline. Following the deadline date responses will be considered firm.
Electronic: Bidders shall complete this bid document and submit electronically through the MITN Purchasing Group. Responses shall include this completed, signed bid document, along with any other applicable attachments, certifications, etc.
