Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/On-Site Inspection of Premises:
Before submitting bids for their work, the Contractor shall be held to have examined the premises and satisfied themselves as to the existing conditions under which they shall be obligated to operate, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, on behalf of the Contractor for any negligence on their part. The mandatory pre-bid meeting/on-site inspection will be held on the date and times specified below. Bidders are responsible for their own transportation and any parking costs. Bidders shall sign in at the 8:30 meeting; failure to do so will result in the bid response for that location being non-responsive.
