Bidders shall be held to have examined the individual premises and satisfied themselves as to the areas, products, and services required which they shall be obligated to provide, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, on behalf of the Contractor for any negligence on their part. The pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at 201 Market Avenue SW, Room 240, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
