985-26-26 - Multifunction Printers, 48-Month Lease

Bids are requested for a 48-month lease of various multifunction printers for City wide departments, as per the specifications contained in the attached bid document.  The City reserves the right to award any single item and/or any combination of items as it deems in its own best interest. The City intends to award a single contract for all items in the bid document.  It is the City’s preference and desire to lease directly from the party supplying the equipment.

All information in a bidder’s proposal and the subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231 or latest revision thereof.  Bidders shall note that pricing methodologies, cost and fee proposals, and any other response information related to pricing shall not be considered confidential information.

No separate schedules, agreements, terms, conditions, etc., shall be recognized or accepted if not submitted with the response (electronic or hard copy) to this solicitation. Leases shall only be executed by the Contractor as listed on the bid document as the lessor.
