Description

The City of Grand Rapids is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain qualified contractors to furnish and install a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) software solution for municipal operations.

The City intends for this Request for Proposal to result in the successful implementation of a solution fit for the intended use, as well as ongoing maintenance and support of the implemented solution for a period of one-year, with the option to renew the contract for two additional one (1) year terms.
