975-13-16 - Rental, Asphalt Paver

Bidders are required to submit their completed, signed bid document with detailed responses in the fields provided, including licenses and attachments, etc.  Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.  The City reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity or informality that City deems correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the bid response.

Responses received after the date and time indicated will not be accepted or considered.  Responses may be withdrawn or modified in writing prior to the response submission deadline.  Responses that are resubmitted or modified shall be submitted electronically through the MITN Purchasing Group site prior to the response submission deadline.  Following the deadline date responses will be considered firm.
