Before submitting bids for their work, the Contractor shall be held to have examined the premises of the program locations and satisfied themselves as to the existing conditions under which they shall be obligated to operate, or that in any way affects the work under this contract. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection, on behalf of the Contractor for any negligence on their part.
