968-88-36 - Stump Grinding Services - Winter 2022

Bids are requested for stump grinding and disposal services from qualified contractors, as per the specifications contained in the attached documents. The City requires a completion date for locations on the attached excel spreadsheet entitled, “968-88-36 Stump Grinding List” by April 1, 2022, weather dependent. The City’s intent is to award one contract for these services.

On-site inspections to verify scope of the project (as provided in the attached spreadsheets) may be completed by each bidder, at their own time and expense prior to submitting a bid response.

All information in a bidder’s submittal or any subsequent contract is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1976 no.442, as amended, MCL 15.231, or latest revision thereof.
