The project is being re-bid as no bids were received with hte previous advertisement. Completion dates have been modified to extend the project into 2024, some work may be allowed in 2023 per the Progress Clause in the Specification. Project Scope remains the same as previously advertised, see below.
Project consists of 1.24 miles of road reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp replacement, construction of concrete drive approaches, site restoration, replacement of 1,454 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 2,227 linear feet of CIPP sewer lining, 6,500 linear feet of 8” water main, and 1,103 linear feet of storm sewer.
