Scope of Work:
Provide new EPDM fully adhered roofing at the Board of Public Utility (BPU) Warehouse Building, located at 45 Monroe Street, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 101 W. Galloway Avenue. All work shall be in accordance with the attached specifications, standard industry standards and manufacturer’s requirements for material installations.
Pre-Bid Site Visits:
There will be no pre-scheduled site inspections, should you wish to visit the project sites please contact the following city staff to schedule a site visit, should you wish to access the existing roofs you will need to provide your own ladder or other access method:
