The City of Holland is seeking proposals to procure and deliver residential energy efficiency kits (“kits”) to residents in the City of Holland, Michigan 49423. The specifications herein describe the requirements for kits the City will purchase for its citizens. Bidders are to have thoroughly read and understood these specifications prior to bid submission. Assembly & delivery of kits to residents is expected to commence by the week of August 1, 2022.
