FUEL DELIVERY SERVICES

INTRODUCTION
The City of Holland “City” is requesting proposals to establish a primary supplier of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to fill two (2) 12,000 gallon underground storage tanks.
The City’s current contract expires at the end of calendar year 2024 and the City desires to enter a three-year contract, with the option for a two (2) year renewal. All quotes are to be net, F.O.B. – Holland, Michigan.
The City of Holland officially distributes RFP documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland and through the Bids and RFPs page on the City’s website www.cityofholland.com.
An electronic or one hard-copy submission of your proposal must be received by the City of Holland no later than 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024. Proposers accept all risks of late delivery of mailed proposals, regardless of fault. Proposals arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Hard-copy proposals must be clearly marked “Fuel Delivery Services Proposal” and mailed or delivered to:

Proposals may NOT be emailed – this is a sealed RFP process.

Questions and answers will be collected and published via the MITN website and on the City of Holland website https://www.cityofholland.com/Bids.aspx on Monday, December 2, 2024.
