FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR THE CITY OF HOLLAND

INTRODUCTION
The City of Holland (City) is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services for the
construction of a new Recreation Center. Groundbreaking for this project is anticipated to take place
in 2025. The City has had several large construction projects in recent years and has an experienced
owners representative who will manage the project and oversee the contractor.
The City of Holland officially distributes RFP documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental
Trade Network (MITN) website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland and through the Bids
and RFPs page on the City’s website www.cityofholland.com.
Proposals may be submitted electronically via the MITN website or by delivering a hard-copy
submission to the City no later than 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2024. Respondents accept all risks of
late delivery of mailed proposals, regardless of fault. Submittals arriving after the deadline will not be
considered. Hard-copy proposals (two copies) must be clearly marked “Architectural and
Engineering Services Request for Proposals” and mailed or delivered to:
