The City of Kentwood (City) issues this Request for Bids (RFB) to invite qualified vendors participation in a process to become the City’s Standard Vendor for a variety of envelopes (Products), as specified herein. It is the City’s intention to enter into an agreement with the selected Respondent (Supplier) of the Products for a one (1) year period with, upon mutual agreement, the option to extend for a period of up to four (4) additional years.
