A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 8:00 AM (EST) beginning at Site A - Kentwood City Hall, located at 4900 Breton Avenue SE, Kentwood, MI 49508. The walking of the other Sites will follow City Hall. A tentative schedule can be found on the Pre-Bid Meeting Registration form. Bidders will need to drive to most Sites throughout the Pre-Bid. Proposals will not be accepted from any contractor not represented at this meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide equal opportunity for Bidders to seek clarifications to the solicitation. Responses to pre-bid meeting questions will be made publicly available. Attendees shall have fully reviewed all solicitation documents and correspondence prior to the pre-bid meeting.

Please register no later than the end of business day on Monday, December 4th.

NOTE: Justice Center drawings will not be made available on BidNet/MITN. For the purpose of preparing bid submittals, such drawings will be provided (via email) to the Bidders that attended the Pre-Bid Meeting AND have executed a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) with the City. The NDA form will be emailed to all Bidders that register for the Pre-Bid Meeting. Please return executed NDA(s) prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting if possible – via email is fine.
