Additional Bidding Instructions

On the City’s Proposal Form (page 17 of the RFP) please enter the lump sum not-to-exceed (NTE) prices for each portion of the project engineering services and a grand total NTE lump sum price for the project. Please be sure to include the number of hours anticipated to achieve the proposed NTE amounts.
It is preferred that all proposal information be uploaded within one pdf document and organized in the order to match the Item 4. of the Terms and Conditions of this RFP (pgs 13-14). However, multiple documents are also allowed.
