24-016-536 - Water and Sanitary Sewer Rate Study

The City of Kentwood issues this RFP to request submittals from qualified financial consultants to conduct a comprehensive water and sanitary sewer rate study that is intended to independently assess and evaluate the City’s existing water and sewer rates and provide recommendations for future rates. The broader objective of the Study is to adequately fund City water and sewer utility operations, capital costs, and bonded debt while minimizing rates to the greatest degree possible. The Study will be based on a comprehensive review of the City’s water and sewer funds and budgets, Water System Reliability Study, Water Asset Management Plan, Wastewater Asset Management Plan, customer classes, current usage data, future planned growth of the City, and any other information deemed necessary.
