1)   The construction of a new 450 feet, 12-inch pipeline from Well 7 to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
2)   The addition of a 600,000 Gallon Above Ground Storage tank to the WTP.
3)   Repairing the Existing 1,000,000 Gallon Above Ground Storage tank onsite.
4)   The replacement of filter media in six (6) Horizontal Pressure Filters at the WTP. This also includes applying a new sealant to the filters.
