A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site on Tuesday, August 1st 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The site address is 329 Cedar St. in Sturgis Michigan. At the meeting, an overview of the project will be given, both well houses will be open for viewing, and bidders will have an opportunity ask any questions they may have in regard to the project.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the City and any Bidder or Bidders. It is anticipated that a recommendation for award will be submitted to the Sturgis City Commission for consideration at its meeting on, August 23rd, 2023.

The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Subject to CITY OF STURGIS Purchasing Policy & Guidelines section 2.1
