Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County Purchasing is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform Other Postemployment Benefit (OPEB) valuations bi-yearly for the county’s retiree programs. The valuation of the County’s retiree benefit programs and their related obligations must be completed in accordance with GASB Statement 45 – Accounting and Financial reporting for Postemployment Benefits Other than Pensions.
