Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County will receive sealed proposals for an Animal Shelter Addition. The project will consist of a 600 SF single story slab on grade addition, metal siding and asphalt shingled roof and any associated demolition. Extension of existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems will be included. Proposals shall include all trades. Sealed proposals are due by October 22, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Each set of forms may be purchased for $25.00 at Lindhout Associations Architects at 10465 Citation Drive, Brighton Michigan 48116, 810-227-5668.
