ITB-LC-16-23 - Asphalt Sealcoating & Repair Project

Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is accepting bids on behalf of Livingston County Essential Transportation Service (L.E.T.S.) for asphalt sealcoat and asphalt repair with backer rod. This project is for asphalt sealcoat of approximately 29,530 square feet and asphalt repair over band seal of 4,500 linear feet and crack fill with backer rod of 200 linear feet. L.E.T.S. prefers to award the entire scope of work to one vendor. The contractor is expected to manage the entire project from start to finish as required by the Directors of L.E.T.S. and Facility Services. This project is funded by Federal and State grant dollars.
