Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County, on behalf of the Livingston County Courts, requires ATTORNEY SERVICES from qualified attorneys to provide representation for various court services. These services include support for the 53rd District Court; the 53rd District Court, Intensive Treatment Mental Health Court (LCITC); 44th Circuit Court, Juvenile Drug Treatment Court (LCJDTC); and the 44th Circuit Court, Adult Drug Treatment Court (LCADTC). Services for each court will vary and you may bid on one or all services providing you meet the minimum requirements for each court as outlined in this RFP.
