Description

Livingston County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain bid proposal responses for Commercial Property Appraisal Services. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified appraisal service companies (Proposers) to provide commercial property appraisal services for the Livingston County Equalization Department. All work on appraisals performed each year is completed by no later than November 1st of the year required by the Department Director (i.e., for 2025 appraisals by no later than November 1, 2025). Livingston County will use the results of this process to award one five-year Professional Service Contract continuiing at the discretion of the county based on satisfactory performance..
