Description

Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors for a Cost Allocation Plan for Central Services. This plan shall conform to 2 CFR Part 200 “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards” (formally known as Office of Management and Budget Circular A-87). The contract will be for a three-year period beginning with year-end financial data for 2021 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years.

Please provide an all-inclusive hourly rate (including all labor, expenses, etc.) for all staff that will be involved with the required services of this contract. Please note the rate quoted should not be presented as a general percentage of the standard hourly rate or as a gross deduction form the total all-inclusive maximum price.
