Description

Livingston County, together with the 44th Circuit Court, is requesting proposals for Indigent Criminal Defense Services for the purpose of garnering legal representation to all qualifying indigent adult defendants. This solicitation may result in a multiple contract award. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through August 31, 2021. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years.
