Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide Digital Imaging and Microfilm Services for the Livingston County Circuit Court Clerk, and the Building Department, and any other County departments should a need arise. The requirements for each department are listed in the Scope of Work Section within this bid document. The proposed contract period will be for three (3) years with an option for the County, at its discretion, to renew for one additional two (2) year period. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. Livingston County may choose to award to one or more vendors for these services.
