ITB-11-03 - EECBG HVAC Improvement Projects

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Livingston will receive seal proposals for EECBG HVAC Improvements Projects. The projects consist of Boiler and water heater replacement at the Livingston County Jail Facility; Boiler and water heater replacement at the Livingston County Administration Building; Energy recovery unit installation at the Livingston County Animal Control Facility; and Energy management system installation or replacement at numerous Livingston County facilities. Plans and specifications will be available at the offices of the Architect on January 24, 2011. No plans and specifications will be distributed via mail or email. Each set of plans and specifications may be purchased for $50.00; no refunds will be available. Proposals are to be submitted to the Livingston County Purchasing Office located at 304 E. Grand River, Ste 204, Howell, MI 48843 by 2:00 pm on February 10, 2011.
