Sealed bids will be received by Livingston County for a proposed 4000 sq. foot Terminal Building at the Spencer J. Hardy Airport located in Howell, Michigan. A 5% DBE participation is required. A Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held on March 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the Spencer J.
