RFP-0001 - Grant Sub-Recipient and Fiscal Agent for Workforce Development

Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is released by the Southeast Michigan Consortium Board and is designed to secure an effective Grant Sub-Recipient and Fiscal Agent for Workforce Development Services for the Southeast Michigan Consortium. The Consortium consists of five counties: Jackson, Lenawee, Hillsdale, Washtenaw and Livingston. The Southeast Michigan Consortium will consider only those proposals submitted by organizations which are licensed and/or incorporated in accordance with State statutes and which are authorized to conduct business in the State of Michigan. Such organizations include, but are not limited to, units of local government, educational institutions, private nonprofit, private for profit, and community based organizations (CBOs). Organizations should not be debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation by any federal department or agency. There are two different roles for organizations listed in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Bidders are asked to bid on both of these service areas: 1. Workforce Development Sub-Grant Recipient 2. Workforce Development Fiscal Agent
