Description

Livingston County is accepting bids for HVAC Services for the Livingston County Facility Services department and participating CoPro+ members (See Section 1.6). It is anticipated that one contract award will be made to the bidder determined to meet all specifications and provide the best value.

Purpose
This Request for Proposals covers contract labor and service for HVAC Controls work for Livingston County facilities in Livingston County. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, and services required by the Facility Services Director or his/her designee to complete the service and emergency work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the Contractor.

The Contractor shall be responsible for HVAC control work involved in maintenance projects as well as related emergency repairs. The County is seeking a Controls Contractor with substantial experience in the areas of pneumatic, electric, and electronic controls as well as with energy management systems. The scope of this contract will be subject to upward or downward revision throughout the year as the needs of the County dictate.
