Description

Livingston County is accepting bids for HVAC Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services for the Livingston County Facility Services department and participating CoPro+ members (See Section 1.10). It is anticipated that one contract award will be made to the bidder determined to meet all specifications and provide the best value. This is a five (5) year base contract, continuing at the discretion of the County based on satisfactory performance.
