Description

Livingston County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain sealed bid proposal responses for Inmate Food Services. The intent of this RFP and resulting contract is to obtain firm-fixed pricing for the contract period. The initial base contract shall be a three (3) year period. The County reserves the right, at its sole option, to renew the contract for an additional two (2) year period for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
