Description

Livingston County Jail is located at 150 S. Highlander Way, Howell, Michigan. The facility has a potential maximum inmate population of 411. The average daily population ranges from 250 to 275. The jail lies within a semi-rural county of southeastern Michigan, centrally located between several populous counties. The county is estimated to be the 10th most populous county in Michigan, with the 2019 estimated population being 191,224. There has been an estimated growth of 5.61% since the 2010 census.

Livingston County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain sealed proposal responses with a capable vendor to furnish a telephone service program for an inmate population.

It is anticipated that this telephone service will commence September 1, 2020 and end no later than August 31, 2025.
