Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide intensive in-home counseling services for the 44th Circuit Court – Juvenile Division. The award may be split, at the County discretion, between two or more contractors to provide the most cost-effective service. It is anticipated that services will commence on October 1, 2015, and will be utilized until September 30, 2018. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two additional (1) year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years.
