Livingston County on behalf of the Department of Public Works (LCDPW) is seeking quotes
from qualified environmental service companies capable of providing leachate removal,
transportation, and disposal at the site of the closed Livingston County Landfill (landfill), located
at 1551 East Barron Road, Howell, Michigan. It is anticipated that there will be one award from
this solicitation for a contract term of two (2) years with the option to renew for an additional one
(1) year period for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years
