Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide legal defense services for appellate court proceedings. It is anticipated that services will commence upon contract execution for one year. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years. The award may be split at the County’s discretion between two or more vendors to provide the most cost-effective services.
