Livingston Essential Transportation Services (L.E.T.S.) operates transportation services within Livingston County. L.E.T.S. is a Livingston County Department chartered under Act 51 of 1951 of the State of Michigan. L.E.T.S is funded by state and federal grants, and fare box receipts. L.E.T.S. requires public transit legal services including, legal opinions and counsel on a wide range of public transportation topics. This proposal is expected to culminate in the award of one or more non-exclusive contracts for the above referenced services.
