Summary of Specifications:
The County of Livingston is planning for the construction of an EMS facility. Construction is expected to commence in August 2009. Proposals for Construction Manager/Contractor services will be released in April 2009 to Pre-Qualified Construction Manager/Contractors only. In order to be Pre-Qualified, prospective Construction Manager/Contractors must submit a completed Qualification Statement to the County of Livingston Purchasing Department for review.
Construction Manager/Contractors qualifications shall be made on the forms supplied by the architect and must be completed in full, and shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with “Construction Manager/ Contractor Qualifications – Livingston County EMS Public Safety Complex - # 09-10” and the name of the bidder, addressed to the Livingston County Purchasing Department, 304 East Grand River, Suite 204 Howell, Michigan 48843. Qualifications will be received at the Purchasing Office up to the time noted above.
The forms will be available at the offices of the Architect on April 3, 2009, no forms will be distributed after April 10, 2009. No forms will be distributed via mail or email. Each set of forms may be purchased for $15.00; no refunds will be available.
