Summary of Specifications:
The County of Livingston will receive sealed statements and proposals for Construction Manager Services for the Jail Addition & Renovation Project. Each bidders qualifications Statement and Proposal must be made on the forms supplied by the architect and must be completed in full, and shall be sealed in an envelope and marked with the name of “Livingston County - #SOQ LC-14-03 Jail Addition and Renovation Project” and the name of the bidder, and addressed to the Livingston County Purchasing Department, 304 East Grand River, Suite 204 Howell, Michigan 48843. Qualifications will be received at the Purchasing Office up to February 6, 2014 at 2:00 pm. The forms will be available at the offices of the Architect on January 17, 2014; no forms will be distributed after January 30, 2014. No forms will be distributed via mail or email. Each set of forms may be purchased for $50.00 or$25.00 for an electronic copy (pdf); no refunds will be available.
