Lump sum sealed proposals will be received for the Livingston County Jail Expansion Project for the following bid categories: Masonry, Structural/Misc Steel, General Trades, Roofing & Sheet Metal, Metal Wall Panels, Aluminum Windows & Non Secure Glazing, Painting, Floor Covering, Drywall, Metal Studs, & Acoustical Ceilings, Detention Equipment, Manufactured Steel Modular Cells, Fire Suppression Systems, Plumbing/HVAC Systems and Electrical & Electronic Safety & Security. Bid Documents, drawings and specifications will be available at: https://clarkcc.sharefile.com/i/i0afd81020445a48. A DRIVERS LICENSE of the person attending the facility tour on Monday October 13th at 10:00 am will be required to be received by Wednesday, October 8th by 5:00pm. Documents will also be made available for review at the following locations: Clark Construction Company. Project documents are available only electronically at the above location.
