Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced vendors to provide drug testing services for the Livingston County Adult Drug Court (LCADC), the Livingston County Sobriety Court (LCSC) and the Livingston County Intensive Treatment Court (LCITC) located in Howell, Michigan. The award may be split, at the County discretion, between two or more contractors to provide the most cost-effective service. It is anticipated that services will commence on October 1, 2009, and will be utilized until September 30, 2010. The proposed service is funded by a grant.
