RFQ-LC-19-09 - Printing & Mailing Services for Drain Commission Annual Notices

The Livingston County Drain Commissioner’s Office is requesting a 3-year quote (2019 through 2021) for the yearly assessment printing and mailing, consisting of anywhere between 2,500 to 15,000 pieces per year.  By the middle of June each year, the awarded bidder will be notified of the specific dates involved in that year’s assessment mailing.  On the specified date (typically early August) the awarded bidder will be provided with the original assessment letters, original assessment notices and FAQ insert. The assessment letters will be sent as pdf files, the notices and FAQ insert will be Microsoft Word documents.  The electronic files for the cover letter and notices will be labeled with the drain name and the assessment roll number.
 
The assessment letters and notices MUST be sent first class mail NO LESS than 10 days prior to the specified date for the Day of Review (typically held the last Friday in August).  The Livingston County Drain Commissioner’s Office intends to reimburse the awarded bidder for actual postage applied based upon the total number of envelopes mailed.
