RFP-LC-14-23 - Project Opiate Female Group Therapy Services

Summary of Specifications:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors for Project Opiate Female Group Therapy Services for the Livingston County Judicial District Court. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the counseling services necessary for the Court’s Project Opiate’s group therapy treatment program for female inmates in the Livingston County Jail who are opiate users (specifically Oxycontin and Heroin) and have been convicted of a crime. To be included, participants must be sentenced to one (1) year in Jail, serve thirty (30) days and apply for the Project Opiate group therapy treatment program. If accepted into the program the inmates shall participate in group sessions three (3) times a week and have a peer monitor come in one (1) other day a week. Involvement and completion in the program shall cut the participating inmate’s time in half.
